A spined cast that catches light on every ridge.
Barnacle Pendant is a single cast pendant: hand-blown glass poured into the most broken mould we have ever kept, hung on a semi-rigid cloth cord with a warm low-voltage LED, dimmable at the wall. Every spine and split in the mould reads as a highlight when it is lit.
Blown and cast by hand in a natural mould. Dimensions, colour and texture vary from the photographs; no two pieces match, including yours.

Story
The Pendant came from the most broken mould we've cast, all spines and splits. The glass took every one of them.
It throws the busiest light in the catalogue: a hundred small highlights at once.

The light
A warm low-voltage LED sits where the cast runs thickest. The glass does the shading: thick sections go deep and quiet, thin sections go bright, and the bark's texture decides which is which.
It is house light, not task light. Hang it low over a table or alone in a hallway and let the wall carry the glow. It is happiest at dusk and after.
There is nothing to maintain. Dust it when you think of it.
